Top 10 Prejudices that Stop You From Achieving

Top 10 Prejudices That Stop You From Achieving

..I can’t- Though this phrase is very simple and common, but it prevents us from beginning any new task. We often consider a task to be impossible to be achieved. But it is never about whether you can or not, it is about if you will.

..What will others think- This world is a selfish one. There won’t be many people to share your failure, but will be many that will enjoy it. So why should you care about what they think. Many people are crippled because of this prejudice and often extinguish their authenticity. The beginning of all wisdom is knowing oneself, and if you do so, the world would eventually understand your decisions.

..Those who critique me are my enemies- I know many would think this point is the contradictory of the previous one. you first listen to yourself and write your own story, but then you also need someone to correct the grammatical errors. If the right people of their field point out some mistakes in your work, just grasp and accept them. They aren’t questioning your character or caliber, but simply suggesting to sharpen your skills.

..I don’t have time- Everyone has got 24 hours pal, only difference is how you use them. Perhaps here, Politicians like Shashi Tharoor who can afford time for UN Conferences and Stand-Up Comedy are good examples.

..Way too much competition- Well, people can be more intelligent than you, or more beautiful than you, but they can never be you. Freddie Mercury said and proved this. Play your own game, and you will achieve.

..I will succeed just by my god gifts- We often think that our talents are a sacred Prasad fallen from heaven and thus, stop learning. A person who is in vain of himself becomes static, and a static person is no better than a dead man.

..It is Too Risky- This little doubt shuts many doors that could lead your life to another dimensions. Be it a job, subject or even a simple road; we are too scared to leave our security and comfort. Many people think of Fear and Practicality as the same. But your passion will make all difficulties feel numb.

..Who cares about society- We often become too selfish and almost robotic in our decisions and actions. People are called icons even after their death, because they gave the world something beneficial. The biggest currency you can ever earn is positive impact on others lives.

..Life is a tragedy- Cataract of Pessimism is very prominent in our generation. You can’t see the rainbow if you are looking down pal. Life is not a tragedy, it is a comedy which will try to bring you down, but your heart shouldn’t buy it and you must take the strifes sportingly. ( This joker quote is worth noting, but not any of his actions please )

..Overthinking- A parasite in our mind eats it away and doesn’t allow us to really face the actual world. So if your conscience utters a command, then Just do it!
